Bernice Rogers ~ 1939-2013
The St. Andrews Society lost a wonderful member. Bernice Rogers, known to many as Niecy, passed away February 23, 2013. She was one of the founding members of the St. Andrew's Society of Central Illinois. Niecy was known as a selfless, strong and giving women who lived her life with kindness and compassion for others.
